Refund - GLOBAL SHARE

Thank you for choosing Global Share Bot. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process refunds for purchases made through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be requested if you encounter issues with the purchased services, such as the Global Share bot failing to perform as expected. Refunds are not provided for user-related mistakes, such as accidental purchases, changes in usage needs, or user misunderstanding of service features.

Eligibility for a refund requires the issue to be reported within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for refunds, except under extenuating circumstances.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contactus.globalshare@gmail.com with your purchase details, including transaction ID, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of submission.

Please note that for subscription-based services, refunds will only be issued for unused periods if the request is made within the initial 30 days of the subscription.

3. Non-refundable Items

Certain services or purchases may not be eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases where services have been accessed or used
  • Instances where the service was successfully delivered as described
  • Promotional or discounted purchases that are marked non-refundable

4. Processing Time

Refund requests will typically be processed within 14 business days. In some cases, the review process may take longer if additional information or clarification is required. During this period, our team may reach out for further details to ensure the validity of the request.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If this is not feasible, alternative refund methods will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for international payments may be subject to currency conversion and banking fees, which are not reimbursable by Global Share.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the proportion of services used or the nature of the issue reported. The determination of a partial refund will be at the discretion of the support team after reviewing the case.

7. Cancellations and Subscriptions

For subscription-based services, users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. While cancellations prevent future charges, they do not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless the eligibility criteria for refunds are met. Requests for refunds due to cancellations should follow the refund process outlined above.
